about The CUrator

Christine Obute Aku Otigba, widely known as Chef Obubu, is a multifaceted professional excelling in the roles of a Chef, Lifestyle Curator and Business Consultant.

She has masterfully cultivated a prestigious brand while concurrently overseeing the growth of various other brands. Her tenure has seen remarkable progress and expansion for these brands under her guidance.

Her knack for curation has led to the creation of events that have not only surpassed previous records in her city but have also propelled her into managing one of her hometown's top indie artists, Dwin, the Stoic.

From her initial role as a Business Developer at Deola Sagoe while serving during her NYSC, Christine Obute Aku Otigba has traversed a remarkable journey within the Business, Lifestyle, and Hospitality Industry.

Notably, she had the privilege of imparting her culinary knowledge to none other than Thierry Henry during his inaugural Nigerian Jollof Rice experience.

Moreover, she took center stage as the host of the first Jollof-Rice Face-off, a friendly competition between Ghana and Nigeria. The Nigerian representative's victory, a Guinness World Record holder, stands as a testament to her involvement.

Presently, she embarks on a journey towards retirement while traveling as a Documentarian for Enyimba FC, the premier football club in her nation.

Simultaneously, her visionary approach continues to shape remarkable projects she consults on, all while nurturing aspirations of officially launching her own brand, chefobubu.com, in the near future
